You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. Services are available only where Cashela or its authorized partners are licensed to operate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We may suspend or close an account to comply with law, prevent fraud, or where these terms are breached.

Cashela provides money transfer, multi-currency wallet, payment collection, FX and related payment services through its licensed entities and authorized partners. Availability may vary by jurisdiction.

Applicable fees and exchange rates are shown before you confirm a transaction. Rates are indicative until a transfer is created, at which point the quoted rate and fees apply.

You may not use Cashela for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or transactions involving sanctioned parties or restricted goods and services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashela is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Cashela entity providing your service. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
